Welcome to Wang Group!
Our overall research objective focuses on the development of hierarchically
structured nanomaterials to study cell-cell interactions and the cooperative
response of cells to extracellular matrixes. Synthetic chemistry, molecular
biology, and self-assembly techniques are employed as the major tools to
pursue our research. Students are working in a highly interdisciplinary
research team and will have the opportunity to learn a variety of
techniques, such as organic synthesis, bioconjugation chemistry, molecular
biology, biomaterials chemistry, and modern instrumental analysis.
